Group Training

Although I usually advocate One to One personal training, I appreciate that it is not always possible. This could be down to finances or it could just be that you want to train with a friend for added motivation or support.

I therefore offer sessions for 2 people (any more is not practical). You would ideally both be at a similar level of current fitness and have similar short and medium term fitness goals.

This programme is ideal for those training towards a specific goal such as skiing holiday, new sporting season, bride and bridesmaid, partners both looking to get fitter or simply friends wanting to support each other with their long term health goals.

You will both receive a full consultation and assessment, but your personalised programme will be geared towards training as a pair.

*it is important to note, that should one person not turn up, the full price of a session is still payable
